Jordana Baumgartner

Jordana grew up in Burlington, Ontario.  She has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Western Ontario. 

​

She has been a licensed paralegal since 2017 and proud member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Paralegal Association.  After graduating, she worked at a law firm in Oshawa, where she gained valuable experience in matters before the Superior and Ontario Court of Justice before joining our firm in 2022.

​

​Jordana has been successful in many cases in the Small Claims Court, Provincial Offences Court, Children and Family Service Board and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Jordana is also well versed in Municipal Law and By-Law Offences and has represented clients in the Provincial Offences Court.

​

Jordana was the co-chair of the 2023 and 2024 Durham Region Law Association's civil litigation conference. 

​

Jordana is available to help you with civil litigation matters in the Small Claims Court, charges under the Highway Traffic Act or any other applicable Act in the Provincial Offences Court, as well as the CFSRB and HRTO.
