Whether you are being sued, or have to take steps to protect your own business interests, it is

important to have a lawyer who has the experience in commercial litigation to make sure your rights are protected.

Andrew Elrick has been counsel in multi-million dollar commercial trials, and has handled a wide range of cases including shareholder disputes, breaches of contracts, debt recovery, property claims, and insurance losses.

It is difficult enough to cope with the loss of a loved one without also feeling that you are being taken advantage of in the estate process or not receiving the inheritance you were promised; or, maybe you have concerns about the will itself, such as whether it may have resulted from duress or undue influence. This is when it is important for you to understand your rights and what legal steps you may be entitled to take to make sure you are being treated fairly.
At Elrick Law, we can give you the guidance and the advice to allow you to consider your options and decide how best to proceed.

Injuries you sustain through someone else’s fault can have a devastating impact on you and your family. Not only might your lifestyle be affected, but also your ability to work, go to school, pay your bills, or care for yourself and your loved ones. In many such cases, there are also legal timelines that may restrict or limit your ability to claim compensation if you fail to meet them.
If you are going to deal with an insurance company, it is vital to know your rights and what you may be entitled to claim.

Andrew Elrick has been handling motor vehicle accident, slip-and-fall, disability, and insurance claims for over 25 years. He has the knowledge and the experience to guide you through the process and to make sure your rights are protected.
